Orange County Maternity Photographer ~ Newport Beach Maternity
Rory and I went to high school together – so when she called a couple years ago about having Brayden – I was more than excited to shoot her maternity and newborn sessions. Now – not much later – we are onto baby #2!
I am so thrilled for her and Jeff. They are great with Brayden and know they will be amazing with baby C. I can’t wait to do the newborn session in a few weeks!

Amy called us a few weeks ago to photograph her family because they were all in town for one weekend. We enjoyed getting to know them in person and hopefully will get to see a lot more of them. Check out their cute little boy too!

Laguna Beach Wedding Photographer
Karen and Eric are the most fun couple! Very few couples could pull off an April Fool’s Wedding date – and they definitely did! We met up with Karen at the Inn at Laguna for her getting ready photos. We got some great shots there and then headed off to Heisler for their First Glance. Like we always say – we LOVE when couples do a first glance because it is one of the most memorable times of the whole day. It truly is a moment that is just focused on the two of them. Eric & Karen were both a little emotional – which just showed in the photos how much they love each other.
After the first glance we headed over to Tivoli Terrace for their ceremony and reception. They had a few little gag tricks (like the ring bearer dropping a piece of fake “poop” on the aisle for April Fools Day) – but nothing over the top. Karen had thought at one point someone might stop the ceremony and say they object – but they were safe.
It was a great night with lot of fun, comedy, the OC StudioBooth and more. I think everyone enjoyed themselves! We are so happy for Karen and Eric!!

Louie and Andrea are one of the sweetest couples. Louie is definitely not shy in front of the camera, which always makes for fun photos. They had a pretty busy day starting with getting ready at the Westin in Costa Mesa. From there – they had opted to do a First Glance at Turnip Rose which we are SO happy they did. It gave us the opportunity to have them see each other without everyone else staring at them – and have some time for just the two of them. After the First Glance, we walked around the grounds taking photos of just the two of them and then headed over to St. Joachim church for their ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony, then we headed back to Turnip Rose Celebrations for their reception. Their reception was a blast! We had the OC Studio Booth there which added even more fun for the guests. They extended the party because everyone was just have such a great time! My very favorite photo is on the slide show and the very last image. Not so much because of composition, lighting, etc – but more the story. This couple REALLY enjoyed their wedding til the very end. After extending the party – they enjoyed every last minute. When people were closing up – the last song came on and they danced with no one on the dance floor except the two of them. For some reason – it just struck me as so cool and I took a bunch of photos. Loved, loved, loved this day!

Newport Beach Maternity Photographer
McCall was one of my brides awhile back and now she and Ricky are expecting their first baby! I was excited when she asked me to do her maternity photos. She didn’t want anything elaborate – so she came over to the studio and we spent about 15 minutes getting photos. Then – we did a quick turn around for her shower and got some portraits printed up for her to frame as decoration at her baby shower. I am so excited for them and this next stage in their life!
